SWAPNEEL DESHPANDE

I am an Architect, Interior designer and Vastu expert. I have a degree in Architecture from Pune University and a master’s degree in design from London and is specialized in designing projects as per Vastushastra. I have over 12 years of experience in this field. Being an Architect and interior designer by profession, I can do a holistic analysis as well as suggest corrective measures that can be implemented through interior modifications.

Most of the homes in America are either rented or if they are owned, structural changes are not possible easily, but these restrictions should not keep you from enjoying the full benefits of Vaastu.

I provide solutions which are custom made to the problems faced by the owner keeping in mind the nature of the people occupying the home or commercial space. These solutions involve minimum or no breakages or structural changes.

My solutions are strictly based on the principals of Vaastushastra and color therapy and are practical to implement. I do not believe in promoting or selling expensive crystals , energy pyramids etc. to correct Vaastu-dosh of any property. Any such remedy if needed, i will suggest easy and non expensive options to the owner and he can choose for himself.

I firmly believe that positive energy can be attracted, and significant growth and happiness can be achieved by balancing the five elements of you home, business or office with the relevant directions and uses.
